debit order on my account without permission

Hello,<br> <br> I was browsing the internet looking for small loan websites. I used loanfinder SA as it states on the website that the loan service is free. They then proceeded to register me for a 3 in 1 package that I was not aware of and debited my account for R395.00 at the end of the month. I don't remember ever registering for this package and I do not want or need it. <br> <br> I have sent them an email regarding this as I do not want this service and did not knowingly register for any such package. They have not responded. All I want is for them to reverse the debit order and cancel the package. They need to be more clear about what people are registering for on their website.
