Debit order for no services

I completed an online application and the a few weeks later was surprised to get a debit order from the supplier. It was not known by me that I would be charged for services after I decided not to take out a loan. The terms and conditions are unclear and the communication non existent, they simply take advantage of consumers. Im quite intrigued on how many poor people get taken advantage of in this way. This is completely *********. When I phoned the call centre to enquire, the lady I spoke to was rude. This supplier can not call themselves a service provided but rather a ******ionater.
