charged for going on the website

I went on the website of loanfinder SA and just checked what they are all about , attempted to apply for a loan but did not continue the services, i did not send them any documentation an they did not send me anything to say the loan is a success or not . 6 months down the line i received an sms and and email stating i owe them R399 and my payment was apparently suppose to be made on the last day of June 2015.They going to hand me over for legal action, i did not use there loan service, I called them to find out how this is possible i was advised that even if i did not send my documentation that was required i still have to pay cause they dont give you a loan but help you find one, they didn't even help me find a loan so im really confused now as to what i should do. i will definitley not pay for something that i didnt use or benifit anything from.
