Cancellation of Loan finder Sa

CANCELLATION OF LOAN FINDER SERVICE WITH IMMEDIATE I app**** for a loan with SA loan finder on the 19th Sept 2018. I received an email regarding an amount of R394 that will be deducted. I am not interested in loan finder to find me a loan. I was really under the wrong impression. I thought they will help as I needed funds immediately to help my mother with re-location costs. I phoned this morning to cancel this service with immediate effect, the lady on the other side could not hear me properly and I am not sure they cancelled it. My biggest concern now is that even though I have cancelled this service the R394 will still be deducted when I get paid. I would like to receive a letter that this service was cancelled. I cannot afford for this amount to go off my account
