Cancelation

<p>I app**** for a loan with SA loan finder on the 22-02-2017. I received an email regarding an amount of R394 that will be deducted. I am not interested in loan finder to find me a loan. I was really under the wrong impression here. I phoned this morning to cancel this service with absolutely no success of getting through to them telephonically and means of what the correct way is to cancel this service. My biggest concern now is that even though I have tried to cancel this service the R394 will still be deducted from my account, although it is still within the "5 day cooling off period". I would like to receive a letter that this service was cancelled. </p>
