Can't even get Credit Report the first time.

Money was deducted from my bank for service fee,but I didn't give permission for that to go off at the end of October. And after I phoned them,they said I can log on the site to see my Credit Report, but after the first attempt there was a problem. So they got my money and I must now wait another 24 hours before I can try to get my Credit Report. Waist of money and time. So not happy.
