BUNCH OF ****** !!!!!
I HAVE REPORTED THIS PATHETIC COMPANY 2 WEEKS AGO AND STILL NOBODY BOTHERS TO COME BACK TO ME REGARDING THIS PATHETIC SERVICE THEY PROVIDE .. THEY ARE SO QUICK TO DEDUCT THE R399.00 ONCE OF FEE FOR THEIR SERVICES BUT A PERSON WOULD THINK THAT IF THEY AT LEAST ***** FROM THE PUBLIC THEY WOULD TRY TO LIVE UP TO THERE FALSE ADVERTISING OR AT LEAT TRY AND ACCOMODATE PEOPLE WHO'S REALLY IN FINANCIAL DIFFICULTY ... BUT ITS BECAUSE OF PEOPLE BEING DESPERATE THAT THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION AND HAVE YOU EVER SEEN YOU NEED TO PAY A ONCE OF FEE TO GET A LOAN .. THIS IS ACCORDING TO LAW ******* ... NO MONEYS OF FEES ARE ALLOWED TO BE DEDUCTED AND ALSO THEY SELL ITS FOR LEGAL AID AND BLAH BLAH BLAH .. OH PLEASE PEOPLE REALLY YOU ARE A BUNCH OF ******* WHO DOES NOT DESERVE TO EVEN BE IN BUSINESS LET ALONE SELLING **** TO THE PUBLIC .. YOU ARE JUST ON WORD ... PATHETIC !!!

We have tried contacting you regarding your complaint with no success.
As mentioned in the previous response/complaint that Loan Finder SA offers a 3-in-1 Plan which consists of our 24-month Legal and ID Assist, full credit report and free loan-finding service.
The cost for the plan is a once-off R395. The loan-finding service is offered to you upfront and the credit report is available upon completion of the application, as you do not pay for these services. The Legal and ID Assist service activates once the fee has been paid.
Your application has been cancelled within the call centre once you stated you do not want to go ahead with our services- once off fee of R395 failed 29.07.2015 after you completed an application within our call centre 07.05.2015..
The R399 deduction has NO association with Loan Finder SA.
This compliant is being directed to the wrong company.
