Be Careful of the above company

Dear All, As I was browsing the internet in search of a loan I came across the above mentioned company. They require your email and ID number in order to search for a loan on your behalf. I did complete the relevant information and then the company *******ly debited my bank account without a signature or proper procedure. Nedbank was my bank but I have changed due to this exact reason where they allow companies like Loan Tracker to debit your ban accounts for a continued amount of over R 300.00

Our 4 in 1 plan consists of a 24 month Financial Counselling Programme, Legal and ID assist plan, quarterley credit report and free loan finding services. The cost for this plan is a initiation fee of R395 and a monthly fee of R68.

As we can see on the system you have completed an online application with Loan Finder SA on the 04.09.2014. At the time we offered a 3 in 1 services (Legal and Id assist plan, Credit Report and free loan finding service) at a once off fee of R385 where as you have access to these services for a period of 2 years.

There are no records that you have recently app**** for our services or upgraded to our 4 in 1 services hence no deductions from Loan Finder SA.

All of our services including our fees are on our website and clients have an option to contact our call centre directly to ask any questions they may have about our services before applying and can alternatively email us regarding their queries.

We will contact you within the next 72 working hours to resolve this matter as we take all complaints of any nature very seriously.

What utter *******...your website advertises free loan finding services an says nothing about the fees you have mentioned. Then Loan finder debits our bank accounts *******ly without consent. I want to know where you got my bank account details Malcolm????????
