bad service

Every time i contact these people the call gets dropped and no-one call back, there is not a day that goes by that i do not get an sms or an email regarding but when one calls back to them regarding they drop the line their attitudes on the phone is just pathetic, all i need was simple answers regarding.

I keep emailing and calling - no-one has any correct information.

Their services is just terrible!!!!!
