BAD SERVICE

I received an sms confirming that I qualify for a loan. I phoned them and the lady asked couple of questions. When she reads to me the terms and conditions I wait that she finish because I want to ask her questions regarding the fees that they will deduct from my account. I did not agree to the terms as of yet and when I just want to asked her regarding the fees I was cut off. When I tried to phone back I could not talk to a consultant and then my airtime was also finished. Nobody phoned me back. this morning I am receiving sms'e form various loan providers - I request that somebody phones me back and answer my questions before proceeding with any application. I am very upset
