Bad service

They are quick to give application forms n says they want to get you out of debt yet they want to charge you an amount that can buy your whole months bread... I tried to cancel waited for more than 8 minutes for a consultant and still couldn't get through... I cancelled numerous times via email because I couldn't get hold or through to them because I stay at call number 4 gosh they deducted and still sent me a fee for for every month I want my damn money!!!!!
