bad service

good day <br> <br> i did an application and filled in a form and didnt realize that a debit order was going to be deducted for the serivce i then sent a email to cancel they advised i need to call in so that they can cacel the debit order i called in and was informed that no debit order will go off my aco**** on the 20th yet they deducted funds from my account yet i was told it would be cancelled so they **** to me i want my money to be put back into my account, i have been sending emails calling in and wasting my money trying to sort this out no one even gets back to me or responds to my email yet they advise you if you cancel it before time debit order wont go off and they still took my money ..... i want my money back and want it before end of business today cause this is the worst service ever that i have seen
