What a vindictive, ********* manner of trapping people into paying money for no real necessary service. How pathetic to ***** money from unsuspecting victims under the guise of services rendered, and that with people that struggle financially in the first place?<br> <br> No fees are mentioned up until you have unknowingly entered into a sorry excuse of a contract supposedly allowing LoanFindersSA access to your bank accounts. This is an insult to the business industry & to us as said victims.<br> <br> I will be making efforts to take matters further if any money is deducted from my bank account - as I have officially attempted to cancel this service that I was unknowingly applying for.<br> <br> Regards,<br> <br> Carlene Ferreira<br>

In saying this we pride ourselves in what we do as we have been around since 2010. We have assisted hundreds of thousands not by only finding them a loan, but also offering them affordable Legal advice, Identity ***** Protection, Quarterly Credit Reports and not too mention Financial Advice and Debt Management. In 2015 70% of our clients used our services and saw great value in it. We are sorry if you do not see the value or our services being necessary, but with the economy bubble looming over all of us in SA, most of our clients are happy that they have signed up with us.
I have investigated your application journey and I can see you made an application on the 10/02/2016 via our website. Now based on your complaint you mention that nowhere do we say anything about our fees, however on our home page it clearly stats that we charge a once off initiation fee for our services.
In saying all of this, Loan Finder SA is so confident in our services that if you are not happy for any reason whatsoever we would gladly refund your once off fee.
We will be in contact within 48 hours to resolve this matter.
