account debited without my permission

I was so schocked to find money being debited out of my account from this evil company.i dont know howbthey managed to get hold of my banking details.all of a sudden this ********* debited my account.when i call their stupid call center..the agents are extremely rude.i cant deal...something needs to be done...if only i knew where this stupid company is..i would come and burn the place down so that you don't rob more people..sis i want my money back and cancel your stupid things as i never signed up for anything.*********....
