Debit order run not done

i currently have a short term loan with Loan-fin,so i have taken a second one up in January.i was told that my payment for the second loan will go off at the end of February. as the month end of February passed by i saw that the debit order did not go off an was under the impression that they want to finish of the first one and then start the new one. i received two phone calls one from the Branch were i signed the documentation called insisting i do a cash deposit and they debited my account and i advised her that nothing went of my account and she should get someone from headoffice to call me and within a few minutes i received the call from head office, i explained to the lady that the debit order was not set up and it didnt go of my account and i cannot do a cash deposit and if the want they could go an extra month with the payment she insisted that i do a cash payment and questioned me why didnt i call them to check why payment didnt go off,its now been pass two weeks and they have handed me to pre-legal even thou the fault was on they side,i dont understand why do such a thing when she admitted to the fault been a mistake on they side. this is truly bad service and sad. <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Loan Finder Sa to Loan-Fin by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
