Unauthorized debit from my account!

I was browsing the loanfinders website as they had sent me a text message to state that I should log onto the website to see what loans that are available to me. I went onto the website to look and filled in a couple of details. Before completing the process, the website froze so I didn't have any further time to look so I closed the browser completely. Within a couple of days, I started receiving emails stating that I had joined and also an amount of R395 debited from my account!! I spoke to a team leader [Email Removed] in Loanfinders to request assistance with regards to the amount taken from my account and he/she wasn't interested at all and gave me a general response. I don't appreciate this at all and come to find out that Loanfinders debited my account twice. I don't know anyone in their right mind to give any amount to look for a loan for someone let alone offering the service. It seems like this is what is expected from that type of a so-called company. Amount should be returned and my details removed from all your systems and database immediately!!! Loanfinders are real ****** who work on deception. I expect the amount returned!!
