I called in and spoke to Basetsana ***. She could not assist me with anything. She didn't even understand the army alphabet. She was suppose to send me an email and she got the address wrong. When you spell her something she doesn't understand. I want to pay my late husband's outstanding Credit card by Discovery through First National bank. No one can assist me. FNB is getting interest on this outstanding account.
