I received a letter of demand from a PL Slabber representing Esterhuyze Attorneys in Worcester. <br> <br> I am being sued for not paying a R399 amount for a loan application which was apparently successful and i apparently received the money. <br> <br> I wish!!!<br> <br> Please do not search for loans on line. Loan Finder ****med my fiance and these people alledge i made a loan app on line too that was apparently successful. I cannot apply for loans as i have a poor credit record due to debt review.<br> <br> Please report them to the Consumer Tribunal and the National Credit Regulator. <br> <br> This is *****.
