<p>A Long story cut short..I attempted app**** for a loan online and didnt recieve the money I requested for, I didnt even receive a response telephonically or via email or even text message. Next thing I know I am being chared R399 for a package I didnt agree to, when I was loading my details in and when you click the 'next button' the terms and conditions add you automatically and futher to this the company added a 1 year package without my consent. This company is a ****, there after they send you threatening emails and forcing you to make payments of packages one didnt agree to. WHY WOULD SOMEONE APPLY FOR A LOAN AND WANT PACKAGES ADDED ON THEIR ACCOUNT, HOW WILL PAYMENT BE MADE.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want to share an email I sent recently to Lifestyle legal:</p> <p> </p> <p>[Good day</p> <p>Please stop sending emails. I believe my email prior to my last gave you people a rough idea of where I stand.</p> <p>I did background check on you people and found out that I am not the only person that is having this trouble with loan detector.</p> <p>The following is a list of remarks made by people experiencing exactly what Im experiencing with Loan Detector.</p> <p>''Be aware, Terrible ***** service, **********, do not put details in their website, ****med, charges for fee non delivery, rif off, falsely leading people into 1 year contract, stole money, Big ****, *********, *********** customers, want to charge me with no agreement, being charged for something that wasnt aware of, *****ing from south africans, ********** deduction, being charged for something I didnt ask for, misleading customers and bad attitude, ******* debtorder with no service,</p> <p>- How can ANYONE do business with LOAN DETECOR SA - the company is the most dishonest, sly, heartless, unprofessional, ************* financial institute/credit provider that disappoint not only me, but a lot of honest good people... Don't think LOAN DETECTOR SA is creditworthy... Poison!</p> <p>How can not hold me liable to this crazy, ridiculous, knavish, furtive contract amount</p> <p>Pretend to want to HELP people!! Apparently being a good company... Hypocrites!!''</p> <p>These were just afew.</p> <p>I kindly request that all this stops now and I would appreciate a letter of apology for the inconvenience.</p> <p>Regards]</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE DONT ADD ANY DETAILS WHEN THEY ASK YOU TO....</p> <p> </p> <p>This is another email I sent before I sent the last email:</p> <p> </p> <p>[</p> <p><br />I hope this email finds a human being and not an automated response, if not I should kindly copy this email and respond to every automated email sent in the future using this email.</p> <p>I have come to realize that we might of started this misunderstanding on the wrong foot. Lifestyle team please note that I will not make any payments because of the following reasons</p> <p>1. I didnt request for any financial package to be added on my account .<br />2. I didnt receive any notification that I have app**** for the any packages<br />3. There is no recording or email that states I requested for any package on my account<br />4. Back then I was going through a rough patch I was applying for an online loan<br />5. Please understand that I was in need of money at the stage and was applying for a small loan not applying to fork out money I dont have<br />6. I had no intention of paying money when I was in fact in need of money <br />7. I called in when I first found out about this and in the call recordings you would hear my frustration as I was taken aback that I was owing monies<br />8. I am in a terrible financial situation and this debacle is added to my stress levels<br />9. I feel that I am being bul****, that I was manipulated and every I receive after this will add to my misery<br />10. I am a human being and deserve to be treated with respect and humility and this is how ********* are treated</p> <p>I didnt even receive money after the request. Then long after Loandectors tactics there are requests for monies to be paid...Imagine how I felt, Imagine what Im going through.</p> <p>I trust the above enlightens you as to where I stand, I am not going to allow a company to take advantage of me because of my size. It was the first time in my life that I attempted applying for a loan online and this is how I get treated.</p> <p>I must be honest with you Lifestyle team, I will go out of my way to inform everyone about I know about insidious tactics that online loan companies and it is a shame that this paints all other companies with the same brush.</p> <p>Words can only became to comprehend how I feel, I can compare this **** and excuse my bluntness I have exhausted all my options and now in a situation where I feel that I dont have much options now and I have no strength now.</p> <p>Please drop this with immediate effect]</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
