Unauthorized Monies Taken from my bank account

I received a sms last night where load detector took monies from my account without my permission, when I phoned them this morning I was told that they send me an email in December asking whether I want to make use of their services, this email in no longer in use, the consultant words were that this is not their problem, that they automatically take monies from people's account assuming that the person wants to make use of their services, which I feel is totally *******. I did make use of their services a year ago, that is why they have my details but that does not mean that take monies just when they feel like it. they are refusing to pay back my R399.00 and have a real attitude about it also.
