Unauthorised billing

I was looking for a loan and ended up on the loan detector website, I entered my details and didn't accept or agree to any loan or quote. I received the documents via e-mail but didn't sign them. In June of this year i started noticing that unauthorized amounts of money was being debited from my account by y=them, I kept reversing the amounts and in September i received a letter of demand from the, saying I need to pay or else they will take legal action. They threaten you with court summons and think that will shake you to a point where you end up paying money you have no knowledge of. I never received any services from them and i wont pay the money.
