Threat of legal action

Hello Peter! I still don’t understand what Loan Detector wants from me. Please look at this: Dear Ms Mokgatle. Ref # ********** 732463 you are in arrears with your account which is a material breach on your part to comply with our service mandate and agreement entered into. You remain liable for all amounts owing to us in terms of the said agreement. Kindly make payment within 24 hours to avoid being handed over for legal collection. Loan Detector SA ***. I just wanted apply for a loan which never even got the chance to apply for. All I have seen is them debiting my account and sending me bills and some email with some package I have never even read. I just wanted a loan not lifelong insurance policy. Can someone help?
