Theft from Loan Detector SA

<p>I simply filled out a query form from Loan Detector SA and they have indicated I have purchased a product from them. I did no such thing and I did not indicate that I was to purchase any "Convenient Service Package". This is simply theft as there was no contract and I did not actually purchase any service package. Is this the kind of *****ing that companies like Loan Detector SA involve themselves in? </p>
