*****ing from money from poor south Africans

I was looking for a loan I called these people to get information , I was then told to on their website to submit my request, nothing was explain to me after that I got application forms to complete , I than called to find out about the application forms what it means the person told me I must complete them than they will let me know that was in Feb 2016 no one got back to me so I left it thinking I maybe didn't qualify for the loan , no I have received an invoice that this company I called them again thinking it was a mistake the guy I spoke to he said his name is Lee Johnson who was very rude to me failed to explain where this money was coming from R1200.00 that I signed up for a six month assist with a loan that I never got, I spoke to the ombudsman about this and they said this transition is ********** I must come and open a case , I suggest someone call and clear this and refund anything taken to me, his manager Mr Ryne Gobbler refused to take my call, stop *****ing from people you did nothing for me so I don't ow anything...ref ***
