Good day,<br> About a year ago I made loan for R 55 000 at Loan Detector SA, I qualified for the loan and was told that if I wanted to cancel on the mandate I had to do it within the cooling off period, after the cooling off period I cancelled the loan.... I sent them an email regarding the cancellation and they sent me an email with a link where I could log a call for the cancellation, a few days later I received an E-mail stating that they have rep**** to my request, so I clicked on the link again to go read the reply, in this reply it said that the loan will be cancelled but I had to still pay a onetime fee of R 399 which I was more than willing to do, they deducted that from account and the same day they deducted the same amount again, at that time I logged another call on the link that was provided on the email, to complai about,... A few months down the line they deducted another R 399 which now gives me a total of R 1 200... A year later the same thing, now they claim they never had this services for online call loggings and now I am stuck because I cannot recover those emails or call logs.... I have to send them an email of proof of cancellation but I no longer have those email
