<p>I inquired for a loan with them in September. Thereafter R399 was deducted from my account and every month thereafter an additional R99 was debitted from my account. I did not even complete my loan application and cancelled it!! No service at all was delivered to me, no advise was given. How can they deduct the money? I called the service centre and the lady was very rude and simply said I must have read the terms and conditions. Thus far I have received penalties from them because I reversed my debit orders. So my bill is even bigger than before.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone please assist me.</p>
