<p>At the end of April 2016 I was looking for a Loan and entered my details on Loan Detector SA web site (luckily for me I did not give my banking details). To date they have not provided me with any Loan detecting service instead the have sent me a LETTER OF DEMAND and a NOTICE OF TERMINATION for the so called contract.</p> <p>What these people seems to do is to get unsuspecting consumers to enter their details on the application and then charge them R399.00 joining fee and a monthly fee of R99.00 for 12 months without even supplying any service.</p> <p>Perhaps there is someone out there who can take these people to task. </p> <p>They are *********** poor people of their hard earned money which they dont have much of. </p>
Again I have received an e-mail from the ********s and rep**** with a request for proof of the service provided. I was graced with a reply from Jason Scott (Service Consultant Telephone: ***), his reply read as follows

Legal advice my foot, this is not what I as applying for. Thier website is then misleading and they prey off people in their hour of need.
LOAN DETECTION IN THIS CASE MEANS, we get your banking details then take your money for a service we were never going to supply but we offer LEGAL ADVICE if you need it.
I am sure there are many people who now need legal advice for the funds you have ****** from them and cannot recope
