Over a year ago I app**** for a loan online with Loan Finder SA, which turned out to be Loan Detector SA. I never received any feedback, email, sms or any communication what so ever regarding the application. Now, over a year later, I am being harassed by lawyers (Esterhuyse Inc) for an amount of R399.99 that I was not aware of. My question is, where was the communication from Loan Detector? I never received any communication prior to handing it over to legal services. Are they scared to pick up a phone and ask before taking steps that can potentially destroy a person's credit record? Or is it a matter of they just don't care, as long as they get the 400 bucks? This really seems to be a scheme to take money from unaware people and I would advise any person considering a loan, STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM LOAN FINDER/DETECTOR AS YOU CAN, THEY ***** YOUR MONEY!!!
