REFUND NEVER PAID OUT SINCE MAY 2015

i cancelled my services with loan detector in Feb and yet still they deducted R399.00 from my account in March. On the 15th May i recieved a email stating that the monies will be refunded on the 30th May it is now 16 July and the money has still not been refunded.<br> i have called the number *** numerous times at my own cost and spoke to Jason who advised that the supervisor Jamie Adams was in a meeting and would call me back which never ever happened.<br> This is extremeley bad customer service as no one ever gets back to you.<br> My niece called in today as i am ill and could not make the call and spoke to Jason and was utterly disgusted by the manner in which he handled the call he put the phone down in her face twice and refused to be of any assistance. i want this money to be paid back to me as soon as possible and expect an apology for the disgusting customer service that has been delievered.
