Paid but no service received

Last year I saw their add on internet and went to their website. I called a number(***) given there and asked them to explain how they can help me. I was then told that they assist with checking with all the registered banking institution where you can qualify for a loan or consolidation .Then they explained also to me that in order for them to do that you must pay R399.I paid the R399 on the 25 January 2014.They forwarder forms to me which I filled in and faxed Then after a day when I did not here anything from them I called the number again and was given another one ***) which I was told was for follow-ups. I called that number for couple of days no response. Then I sent them a mail ,still no reply. Then I told myself it was those fly by night companies and I was ****med. I left it at that .But to my surprise this year January they debited my account of R399 ,which I went to my bank reversed it and stopped it. Last month they debited my account and when I went to the Nedbank to reverse and stop it . It is a mystery to Nedbank how the debit was loaded as it does not allow them to reverse or stop it.I never received a call or email from this company. No assistance
