Misleading and Non Discoser

I tried to get a loan , did not take the loan by them. 25 of this month 2 x R399 was taken of my Bank acc. Now they do not want to refund me or cancel some policy that I do not want or asked for. No documents received. When you call them, they are so rude and put the phone in your ears. Stay away!!!! Very bad!!!!
