Mafia money lenders

In February 2016 I went online looking for a loan because I had an emergency, I came across this company called Loan Detector SA they send me the forms to fill in hoping I will get a loan from them, I was never assisted with anything but when I got paid they took R 399 from my account which II reversed it and this month again they took R 99 from my account and again I reversed, now this morning when I got to work they send me an email saying I owe them R 1222 which is ridiculous, I spoken to my ***** department at my bank about it and they are still investigating, Hellopeter please help because this is people are robing us of our hard earned money, and also playing on our vulnerability, I am don't want to close my account because I like my bank too much but what should i do since this people can access my account they way they like without my concent
