LOAN DETECTOR SA ****MMMMM

<p>HelloPeter kindly assist, my bank account was debited in the amount of R399 and I returned this amount later again a R99 was debited of which I returned the amount again and there after again, on the 10th of May 2016 I received a sms advising me of an outstanding payment. Later that day I received a letter of demand from Lifestyle Legal saying that I have 7 days to pay the amount of R1107.50.<br />I refuse to pay this amount as I did not enter into any agreement with Loan Detector SA. I have never received any service from these people and was under no way aware of this contract with them. I then contacted them and advised them that I am not paying anything as I was not aware of this, the lady just said to me next time read the terms and conditions and then dropped the phone. If such an agreement was entered to why was no confirmation of this contract ever sent to me. On the 14th I received another e-mail saying that I have 24hours to settled the outstanding Debt. I think this is ridiculous and a way of ******** people out of their money for services never rendered.</p> <p>Please assist please .</p>
