Loan Detector SA are a bunch of ******

I went online and tried to apply for a loan via Loan Detector. This was not approved, yet every month I have a R99 deduction go off my account. Upon questioning this, I was told that it's within their Terms and Conditions that this service will be added even if your loan is declined. The first time i noticed this was at month end when a deduction went off that I did not authorize. Since then I tried to cancel this so called service and I am now told that I missed the 7 day cooling off period. Like really. If I only noticed the deduction at the end of the month and even then the 7 day cooling off period would have expired, how am I held liable for a cancellation fee if not a single person from Loan Detector SA even bothered to contact me to confirm that it was really me and to confirm that I actually wanted the service? I assumed after being declined on the loan application (also note, its only an application, I havn't excepted anything as yet. Signed nothing. Just seeing if I qualify) that this matter is closed. Yet to my surprise, these guys keep taking money out of my account and now I am liable for a cancellation fee. Don't get how that is even close to being legal. I will be seeking legal advice on this matter as this is **************** at its best.
