A few hours later I was informed that the Compressor they had procured was incorrect and that they would need to obtain a replacement - they made the vehicle drivable and left. I had earlier received their invoice and made an EFT payment.<br> The following day they arrived and a while later I was informed that the 'new' Compressor was again incorrect and they would go away to collect the correct one. I later went to the car to find the Stephen finishing up. <br> After testing the aircon we found all in order and Stephen left.<br> The following day the aircon failed and after numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact Stephen via Phone and SMS in order to arrange for further repairs have been forced to go elsewhere to get the job completed. She submitted a script for Terbicil at Mayville clicks on the 9th of October 2015. They claimed the medication from my medical aid but could only at the time give her 5 tablets and 25 tablets was outstanding. On 14 of October I went to Clicks Mayville to collect the tablets where I was given only 14 tablets so 11 tablets still need to be collected. They promised that the rest would be ready by the 19th of October. My mom visited Clicks Mayville today, no medication. They refuse to reverse payment on Polmed but do not supply the medication. This medication must be taken with antibiotics to control the fungus. I am a regular client and have always had this problem. This is not acceptable. They however handed the script back to my mom, so now Polmed has already paid for the medication that still 11 short. So my mom has to pay for the rest. This branch of Clicks offers poor and bad service. I will not do any business with them in the future again. Pathetic and poor service and staff has an attitude about it.
