Falsely leading people into a 1 year contract

<p>app**** through Loan Detector SA for a loan. Got no loan, but a an account to pay R 99-00 per month for 12 months. they said I agreed to terms and conditions and I must pay. they are threatening summons now.</p> <p>I have called and called and emailed and they dont care. they say you agreed to contract. I called today to advise them again, and I overheard a consultant talking to another customer on the phone saying the same thing.</p> <p>If they arrange a loan , they can charge whatever they like. Up to consumer to agree. No loan, no service just *****ing our money. Why would a person seeking a loan want to pay out another R 100-00 per month for nothing.</p> <p>Loan Scout/ Loan Detector SA/Lifestyle Legal have all done the same thing.Maybe they are all the same company.</p>
