Deducting off my account, where as i never accepted or agreed to the loan

on the 23rd of August, I app**** on their website for an emergency R200 (which I never received), I was stuck at work with no petrol. A consultant called me, and I was introduced to an increased amount.. I said i would call the lady back, but i did not, so I never accepted the loan agreement. last month, Loan detector debited R399 off my account and now when I want to cancel this whole thing, I now have to pay R1166 cancellation fee.
