Call Centre from HELL

Omw!!!! For a call centre advisor to call you stupid just because you want a manager and to actually scream at you. And that was only one of the three people I spoke to today and this is me trying to sort out why my money was deducted from my account by a company I didn't even know existed. The laws for protecting our money are the pits, if they were true this company would be closed down and I have to say I wouldn't feel sorry for the agents. Three of them as rude as they can come, telling me I need to send proof it's my bank account, to a company that's already committed ***** using my details and has no concept of DPA. I am shocked, shooked to be exact. Woooow the service of our country is appalling
