Billing without signing the contract

<p>I have received an account billing from Loan Dectector SA and haven' signed any agreement or contract with them. i have just called them and they said by only trying to make a loan with them it means i hve adhered to the terms and conditions but i have clearly read them and they stated that after signing their loan dectector agreement is when you are a member.</p>
