Being charged for something I was not aware of

I have been threatened to be handed over to lawyers for a non payment on a Debit Order which has been *******ly taken off from my account, and I am being penalized for a service I never signed for, I purely investigated on the site and was declined a loan so how can I be declined a loan yet still have to pay? When on the website you can see if you are liable for a loan, I was not so why am I paying for something I have not got? When you apply for something it is supposed to be obligation free, they conveniently put a part in where when you tick the block you accept terms and conditions and then you purchase a service pack, which no one knows of and there is no reminder send that you have this service, a few months along the line you are just reminded that you now owe them thousands and you only have 24 hours to pay. Now that I know about the debt and want to make arrangements, they say I can only do that after the 24 hours has expired. How pathetic is that. This site is a *******. Please everyone, DO NOT make use of this site as they will take you to court for services they don't render.
