Beaware of Loan Detector

I tried to apply online to loan detector for a loan, I then agreed to terms and conditions without reading it. They want then charge me a fee of R399 for a service fee. I did not sign or send any documents to them to proceed with the loan. Why is the amount hidden in the terms and conditions and not displayed on the actual application form? Why are we forced as consumers to pay for something we don't even know about. This to me is like *****ing from a person without them them even knowing about it. I find it totally unacceptable and unnecessary. How many other people are they going to be victims to this abuse. They should not be allowed to charge you a fee in the terms and conditions, it should be displayed for you to see what ******* you going to get yourself into.
