Bad service offered with no help (***** )

Good day Peter ON the 23rd Dec I went online searching for the loan as I needed one urgently,I came across these people called Loan detectors,I did not get a loan or any services with them but now,I get emails and i am being servered with a summonds for a service that was never even randered . I have called the customer care multiple times and nobody has answered Please assist me I cannot pay for something I know nothing about,please people are roobing us, I see most people are complaining about them. Please Peter help me.
