bad service

i was looking online to apply for a loan, and i clicked on there site to check i put in my details, they sent me paper work to sign and send back which i did not, i then see they debiting my account for no reason when they did not even help me and they sent me an email today saying i am in arrears, arrears for what..? i am really frustrated who is going to pay for bank charges and returned ebit orders you guys are robbing people without even helping them, i want all my charges back
