Unauthorised Debit Order

<p>I enquired about a loan and only wanted to know if I would get pre approval, but never communicated with them further. Today all of the sudden my account was debited with R429. This is unacceptable, I didnt give them permission and I dont even know what I am paying for as I didnt get any loan.</p>
