no engagement and fails contracts

<p>i have been trying to contact loan connector as they have been sending me smsa and deducting money from my account claiming that i owe them which i have never even heared of the company until i got an email from them claiming i owe money how do i resolve this issuse because there phone are never answered and they do no respond to the emails </p>
