I never app**** for any loan service

I was ******* into entering my details for a loan now im being served with an account i never agreed to,i did not agree to pay for a loan service when i call the call centre the staff is rude and does not want to assist,i had sent an email from the first debit order querying this and nobody rep**** to me,now that i reversed the debit orders they want to charge me.
