FALSE ADVERTISING

<p>I app**** for a loan via the internet through this company which was never approved and no loan was ever paid out to me, yet I have now received a bill for R1 252.00 for making use of their services. Apparantly this was made clear in the "small print" of a contract which I never received or approved. Surely this is in contravention of the Consumer Protection Act?</p>
