Debit order without consent

<p>I completed a for of loan connector on facebook. I didn't know that these people are applying for a loan on your behalf because it's not very clear what they actually do. The next morning I received a welcome pack and they need a 3 month bank statements stamped copies of ID and salary proofs. I emailed them to ask what type of payments are involve....they never rep**** back and then start deducting monies. I reversed the money becaue I never gave them consent to go ahead. I first want the terms and conditions. I emailed them and asked to remove me from their data Base and they refused and now I get legal threats for R1163.00. I never aggreed to these terms and conditions. Please will you investigate the matter. I checked on your Web that there's a lot of complaints against them for the same issue. They will NOT stop because they get away with it. </p>
