<p>This complaint is geared towards a company called Loan connectors SA. I was looking for a loan online and somehow when applying for a loan got "involved" with these people. Unaware that when applying for this loan that I would be liable for a monthly fee as part of their service. I called them and when everything was explained I continued making the payments although I did not make use of any of the "services" offered to me. In my niavete I cancelled the contract with them, they sent me a balance due as well as "penalties" that needed to be paid for an early cancellation. When I saw tha balnce that was due, I decided to not cancel my contract and continue paying the R99.00 per month. I then received an SMS from them stating that if I did not make payment to them with in 24 hours my account would be handed over to the legal department. So once again I called them and when I requested that the cancellation be reversed I was told that this cannot happen and I needed to make payment within 24 hours. Please note that not once in the 3 months that I have been paying them have I used any of there services NOR have taken a loan out. My advice is AVOID this company at all costs. They are there to take advantage of people. </p>
