I used over R200 today to find out who had taken a R429 debit order from my bank account. I eventually found out tthat it was from Loan Connect and contacted them. They informed me that I had app**** for a loan online which I DID NOT DO!!! I even thought that it might be my husband but then confirmed with him that he DID NOT APPLY!!! Just before confirming with my husband, I contacted Loan Connect and spoke to the most obnoxiously rude and most sarcastic agent ever in the history of call centres! She gave me no help at all concerning instead telling me to go open a case of identity ***** and then putting the phone down on me because I \interrupted"her while she spoke! I interrupted her because she wasn't helping me!! Neither my husband nor I app**** for that loan so they can take me to court because I will take them on for ************ lending and mandates for debit orders without permission from bank account holders. I will then furthermore lay a civil case against them for this as I refuse to have my credit record tarnished just because they refused to listen to the fact that i never even app**** for this ****! Lawyers firm my hat...They shouldnt even be afforded NCR rights!"""
